dear sir ,
looking for power plant of coal fired capacity 1MW TO 20 MW.
SHOULD BE ENVOIRMENT FRIENDLY DESIGN.
YOUR EARLY REPLY WILL BE APPRECIATED.
REGARDS.

I personally feel that this project is not green. As mentioned by NEA, producing steam by using coal and biomass to satisfy the need for chemical industries "does it mean that we have no better solution"? Do we need to sacrifice the environment in order to improve Singapore economy? Coal mining can result in a number of adverse effects on the environment. Surface mining of coal completely eliminates existing vegetation, destroys the genetic soil profile, displaces or destroys wildlife and habitat, degrades air quality, alters current land uses, and to some extent permanently changes the general topography of the area mined.

In China, they are trying very hard to face out coal as fuel and adopting many ideas like Hydro, Wind, Solar and etc.

Since gas would have been the cleanest fuel in terms of carbon emission, then why not invest the $2b in producing gases?

Moreover, what if happened our neighboring country blame for importing coal into Singapore? Well it already happened to the construction sand. As mentioned above mining coal will pollute their land and environment, therefore coal mining will be blamed in future.

I wonder how they plan to integrate the clean coal and biomass burning.

Clean coal is usually is a term used to the process where the coal is first gasified and the CO2
