Cameron Highlands is one of Malaysia’s most well-known hill resorts. Its cool climate and fertile land has allowed tea plantations, flower nurseries, strawberry and vegetable farms to flourish. A must-see are the tea plantations that cover the hills and the tea production process. The multiple rows of tea bushes in the landscape are truly breathtaking and you suddenly feel so small and insignificant.

A must-do at Cameron Highlands is to go mountain hiking at the highest peak, Gunung Brinchang. The way to the summit is accessible by road and we would recommend getting a guide who can show you the tea plantations and mossy forests along the way. The view up there is refreshing although it is mostly blocked by clouds.
